Meg and Andrew's engagement shoot!

Meg and Andrew came down from Rhode Island to visit Andrew's mom for a week and I was lucky enough to get to take their engagement pictures! We did the shoot at sunset on the St.Johns at Epping Forest Yacht Club which has evolved from a historic estate into one of the most exquisite yacht clubs in the South. They flew out of the snow that morning, but, they must have brought the cold with them, we were freezing out on the water! Meg and Andrew are tying the knot in June 2011!

Gavan Teaser

A day spent in St.Augustine with Stephanie and Gavan! I did Gavan's first birthday pictures last year and was so happy to get the chance to take his birthday pictures again this year!

Gavan was wiped out of a long day of being a model in the hot sun!

My trip from Texas to Georgia

At the end of July I flew out to Texas to see my boyfriend Jon who had just come back from 15 months in Iraq. From Texas we started on a trip to Georgia, passing through Arkansas, spending the night in Memphis Tennesee, and finally ending up in Cherry Log, Georgia. Here are a few of the many pitures that were taken, from state signs to random little things around the cabin.

Sneak Peek at the Asbury Wedding!

The Winterborne Inn, a beautiful location on a beautiful day.

A butterfly hanging around in the gardens before the wedding. In Greek myth, Psyche (which literally translates to mean “soul”) is represented in the form of a butterfly. Befittingly, Psyche is forever linked with love as she and Eros (the Greek god of love, also known in Roman myth as Cupid) shared an endlessly passionate bond together – both hopelessly in love with the other.
In the Japanese culture butterflies are thought to be representative of young maidens and marital bliss.
